In addition to the benefits of the 'levels' described above, you also receive credits worth 5% of your euros spent on bookings, which you can spend on many nice extras.
Membership levels and credits
The membership consists of three levels: member, friend, and family. The higher your membership level, the more benefits you enjoy.
Your earned credits are valid until December 31 of the following year. For example, if you collect credits on July 25, 2027, they will be valid until December 31, 2028. The membership level follows the same system.
Credits can only be earned through direct bookings. Bookings via third parties (OTAs) such as Booking are not counted.
Credits can only be spent on the selection of services made by the hotel.
